Property Inspections We Perform
We perform several different types of inspections at different points throughout the leasing process:
- Before Move In Inspection – We do this by taking over 100 photos of the property to document how it looked before any tenants moved in.
- 6 Month Inspection – This inspection serves to ensure that the tenants are caring for your property, and we take more than 20 photos to record its condition. We look at plumbing fixtures, make sure the filters are being changed, and check on the state of the yard. If we find an issue that puts the tenant in breach of contract we enforce lease terms until the problem is addressed.
- After Move Out Inspection – We review the inventory and condition report the tenants turned in after moving in and document the final condition of the property to determine if the tenant needs to be charged for any damage.
