Our Background
Our company was founded by owner, Jason Falcon. After moving to Dallas in 2007 to work in real estate, he quickly decided selling short sales wasn’t for him. Jason accepted a position with a boutique property management company and immersed himself into each property management operation.
His experience quickly grew in property management and his success in sales helped the company portfolio grow from 40 properties to over 350 in four short years. The company owner’s management approach of working hard, charging a fair price, and providing top-notch customer service has stuck with Jason to this day.
The Formation of Leap DFW Property Management
Armed with operations experience from small and large management companies, Jason set out to create his own company. He wanted the best qualities of both; a business with the processes to manage large volume, while maintaining top notch customer service.
Leap Property Management now manages over 300 properties and employs eight team members. Our headquarters is located in Denton with our corporate office in Lake Dallas. We have an office in Arlington that supports Tarrant, Johnson, and Dallas counties, and a satellite office in Plano. Our aim is to continue expanding to new locations so we can continue to provide excellent customer service.
