We’re happy to announce the opening of our new office in Lake Dallas!
Our business has grown exponentially in the last three years, thanks to the success of our team and the properties we manage, so we’ve purchased our very first property. This move marks our third relocation to meet business demand since starting LEAP Property Management in 2011.
We knew it was the right time to buy after our team quickly outgrew our last 800 sq ft rental space and we happened to find a perfect new location. We’re laying down permanent roots in the Denton office which has more than enough space for the growth we anticipate in the years to come.
The Inside Scoop on Our New Location
The property management office is located at 215 Betchan Dr. Lake Dallas, TX 75065 near the Lake Lewisville Toll Bridge. The original property underwent an extensive renovation project to make it functional for our business operation.
The project has given us convenient access to the freeway and the properties we manage. Since the needs of our investors are our top priority, the accessibility makes it easier for us to respond to requests and oversee rental property. It’s a win, win!

The growth we experienced in such a short time is largely due to our highly qualified LEAP Property Management team. We take pride in carefully selecting the right team members to fulfill specialized roles within our company.

What’s Next for LEAP?
